Nishanth Vanipenta is an engineer with a passion for robotics and computer vision with 4 years of professional work experience. He has consistently delivered state-of-the-art systems and services for industries. Nishanth has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's in robotics engineering from SRM University and the University of Maryland.

 

Professionally, Nishanth started working as a Robotics engineer at ZD Metal Products which is a Tire 1 GM company that manufactures parts for Hummer EVS and Corvettes. He worked on diverse systems during his tenure from creating programs for industrial robots to ensuring High-quality production with AI and Computer Vision followed by miscellaneous works with CNC, Pneumatics, and relays.

 

Later, Nishanth moved to Dallas and started working as a CV Engineer at Traxtion dba Tire Profiles LLC. Where he revolutionized state-of-the-art tire scanning systems across different categories including drive-over and hand-held scanning devices from scratch. Today, it is estimated that the systems scan at least 63,000 tires every day. He also took the major challenge of rewriting the company's core SW from scratch and was successful in delivering robust and precise information to the customer about their tire's health. Not only does Nishanth have some great achievements but also his creative thinking ideas lead to developing some great projects which are under development and will be announced soon.
